Cigarettes and Tobacco Products

Wisconsin State law requires a license to “directly or indirectly sell,
expose for sale, possess with intent to sell, exchange, barter, dispose of
or give away any cigarette or tobacco products. Applicant must specify if
cigarette/tobacco products will be sold over the counter, in a vending machine,
or both. Licenses are issued annually from July 1 to June 30.

 Amusement Devices

A license issued by the Clerk-Treasurer is required for any person
who operates any amusement device in any place of business. Licenses
are issued annually from July 1 to June 30.

Dance Halls

A license issued by the Clerk-Treasurer is required for the following:
Class “A” Dance Hall (Live Music)
Class “B” Dance Hall (Juke Box)
Class “C” Dance Hall (Nonprofit)
Licenses are issued annually from July 1 to June 30.

Class “B” - $10.00
