Refuse Hauler's Permit Minimize

Collection and Dumping
Permit Required. No person shall for hire, engage in the business of
collection and/or dumping of garbage, rubbish or refuse, into or within the
City of Muskego, until a permit for each vehicle, truck, or semi-trailer truck
used in such business shall have been first issued by the City Clerk or
designated agent. No such permit shall be issued by the Clerk or designated
agent unless proper application pursuant to this code and payment of all fees
for said permit have been submitted to the Clerk or designated agent.

Municipal Code:Chapter 11.04 

Fee
$40 per Truck per License Year
$20 per Truck for 30-Day Period
Make check payable to the City of Muskego
The license year is July 1 to June 30. If the permit is applied for anytime
during the license year, payment of the entire fee is required.

Refuse Hauler’s Permit Application 
Please submit fee and application form to the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office,
Muskego City Hall, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue, Post Office Box 749, Muskego,
WI 53150-0749, or place in drop box in front of City Hall

Permit
Permit(s) will be mailed to you. The permit will be an identification decal
that is to be placed on the lower right corner of the windshield of each
vehicle/truck.
