Hotel Campaign Minimize

Below please find the links to the Hotel Market Study completed by the City of Muskego in March 2010. The City is exercising a "Hotel Campaign" to bring the first hotel to the community. The study found that a hotel would be a profitable business in the City due to the many types of users that utilize a hotel use but currently go outside of the community. Muskego believes that a hotel would be successful in the Moorland Corridor along the community's College Avenue gateway. Please call Jeff Muenkel, Community Development Director, for further questions at (262) 679-4136 (jmuenkel@ci.muskego.wi.us). We are currently looking for franchisees and a assemblage of investors to make a new hotel a reality for the City. Please also see the Hotel Grant Possibility Link below as well which notes that the City would be interested in allowing up to $100,000 to the first hotel that is approved and constructed in the City.
