To the right you can find the link to the Building, Site, and Operation Plan
(BSO) Form. The BSO Form is used as a guide to a developer when they
are developing, redeveloping, or updating a commercial or industrial
site. The form covers the main details that the Planning Commission
will want to see before approving a new development in the City.
Below you will find links to the various Design Guides the City of Muskego had adopted. The Design Guides were adopted by the City Council
as a way to control and improve development in certain areas of the
City (Note: the General Design Guide applies to the whole City). Once
an initial development plan is ready to go we strongly suggest you have
a kickoff meeting with Planning/Engineering staff. Staff can help the
developer understand further details the Planning Commission may want
to see. Our hope is that after working with staff, a new developer can
get thru Planning Commission in one meeting.
