Downtown Design Guide Enhancements
The Study Group for Design Guide Enhancements will be looking into issues such as creating three distinct areas of the City Center called East Town, Mid Town and West Town including pedestrian open spaces and parking, provide for an architectural gateway, promote standardized facade designs and attract business owners to participate in the enhancements.
