Dear Resident/Property Owner:

At the Common Council meeting held September 27th, 2011, the City of Muskego approved a contract for design services for the reconstruction of Tess Corners Drive, from Woods Road to Janesville Road (CTH “L”). This contract, which entails all necessary survey and design work for the reconstruction of Tess Corners Drive, was awarded to Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC.

The design of Tess Corners Drive will include a typical rural roadway cross section (ditches along the roadway’s shoulders) with two twelve foot lanes and one foot wide paved shoulders. The addition of an eight foot wide paved recrerational trail on the west side of the roadway is also included with this project. Construction is currently anticipated to begin in June of 2012, however, utiility relocation work may begin prior to this time.
