Athletic Field Usage	Policy and procedure for athletic field usage with charges in relation to priority level. Fees applicable.
Ball Field Usage	This policy has been adopted to give all teams equal time on the fields and to make the ball fields more accessible for all teams. No fee.
Beer Permits	City ordinance 26.02 (d) stipulates that the consumption of beer will be allowed in any city park by permit only. Non-resident fee.
Building/Shelter Usage	Facilities can be requested by any club, group, individual, or organization with the exception of any organization which in its by-laws, constitution or practices limits attendance, restricts membership or advocates discrimination based upon sex, race, creed, or ethnic origin. Applicable fees.
Equipment/Key Loan	The Board authorized citizens and organizations use of the department equipment with payment of security deposits. Applicable fees.
Financial Aid  Payment Plan	The policy of the department is that those who participate should help defray the overall costs of that activity. The department, however, does not want to exclude any adult or child who is unable to pay these fees due to economic situations.
League Application	The department provides an opportunity for both youth and adults to participate in basketball, softball and volleyball leagues.
Old Town Hall Rental Form & Policy	The Old Town Hall can be rented for meetings, receptions, and gatherings for up to 100 people. Reservations are handled by the Parks and Recreation Department. Reservation requests for the current program session will only be acted upon.
Picnic Kits, Volleyball Standards	For your back yard get-together, family picnic, etc. here is a sports picnic kit or volleyball standards that will provide you and your guest with a day of fun for a nominal fee. Applicable fees.
Program Registration Form	For those who would prefer to register for recreation programs by mail, fax or drop off, here is the form that must be accompanied by payment.
Tennis Court	Residents may reserve tennis courts during the summer. Fees based on priority levels. Applicable fees.
Tournament Policy	Area ball fields can be reserved for tournament play. Applicable fees.
