Manchester Hill Park Minimize
Acquired in 1970 and developed in 1995

Formerly called Parkland Plaza and renamed to honor long-standing Parks and Recreation Board member Richard Manchester, this 15-acre park is located in the north central part of the city. Facilities include a soccer field, picnic area, walking trail, a shelter, and a small wooded area. A pond on the park's south end provides ice skating during the winter months. Playground equipment provided for ages 2-5 years and 5-12 years. First park adopted under the Adopt-a-Park program.
