Community Development Director

Jeff has been the City of Muskego's Planning Director since December 2003.  Previously, Jeff has held a Planning and GIS position with the City of West Bend.  He holds an Urban Studies degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, has received his Planning Certification as recognized by the American Institute of Certified Planners, and has received his Economic Development Finance Professional Certification as recognized by the National Development Council.

Jeff is responsible for managing the department's daily operations relating to current/long range planning, zoning, GIS, and conservation management.

Jeff serves as staff to the Planning Commission, Common Council, Community Development Authority, Conservation Commission, and Board of Appeals.

  Adam Trzebiatowski, AICP
Planner


Adam joined the planning staff in the Fall of 2000.  He was the Planning and GIS Intern for over three years when he became the Associate Planner in 2004.  Adam was promoted to Planner in 2007.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Architecture and Urban Planning in the Fall of 2003.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Studies with a Certificate in Urban Planning and a Minor in Geography.  Adam has also received his Planning Certification as recognized by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).

Some of Adam's tasks include handling zoning issues, working with GIS, reviewing building and zoning permits, and assisting residents with planning related questions.  Adam provides a wealth of support to the department also through the development of special purpose reports, web publication, GIS analysis, and database development.  Adam serves as staff to the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.

  Tom Zagar
Conservation Coordinator


Tom was appointed the City's Lakes Project Coordinator position in August 1998.  In January 2002 his position was reclassified and Tom now serves a broader function as Conservation Coordinator.  He has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Tom is responsible for all aspects of Muskego's Lake Management, Conservation/Land Management, and also administers the community's Urban Forestry grant programs.

He serves as staff to the various Boards which govern the operations of Big Muskego Lake and Bass Bay, Little Muskego Lake, and Lake Denoon, and also serves as staff to the Conservation Commission and Urban Forestry Committee.

Secretary


Kellie joined the City's Planning staff in 2007, but worked in other departments of City Hall since 2000.  She administers the daily office functions for Planning and Zoning, and serves as the Recording Secretary for the City's Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.
