Chief Geiszler began his law enforcement career with the West Milwaukee Police Department in 1978 and joined the Muskego Police Department in 1980.  Chief Geiszler earned a Masters Degree in Education from Carroll College in 1998.  He is a 1995 graduate of the Northwestern University Traffic Institute's School of Police Staff and Command and a 1999 graduate of the FBI National Academy. 

Chief Geiszler is a Firearms, Vehicle Contacts, and Emergency Vehicle Operation (EVO) instructor in the Police Science program at Waukesha County Technical College.
