Lieutenant Andrew Kraus Minimize

 

Lieutenant Kraus started with the Muskego Police Department in June 1996.  Prior to that he worked as a Corrections Officer for the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department for two years.  He obtained his B.S. from Mount Senario College in 2001 and earned his Associates Degree in Police Science from W.C.T.C. in 1994.  Lieutenant Kraus was assigned to the Waukesha County Metro Drug Enforcement Unit for two years.  He was promoted from Patrol Officer to his current position in January 2006. 

 

Lieutenant Kraus served for five years in the Army Reserve and one year in the WI National Guard as a utility helicopter crew chief.  He has attended Basic SWAT, REID Interview and Interrogation, FBI basic Interview and Interrogation, FTO school, Basic Drug Investigation, Evidence Tech., and the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command.
