A member of the Muskego Police Department since 1983, Lieutenant Kaebisch is also a certified Defense Tactics Instructor, nationally certified Computer Voice Stress Analyst, certified Arson and Homicide Investigator, and S.W.A.T. team member.

Lieutenant Kaebisch holds a B.S. in Criminal justice with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin- Platteville.
