Single Family Home flat rate $167.66 per quarter - $670.64 per year

Duplex: 3 Bedroom Unit - $167.66 per quarter per side

Duplex: 2 Bedroom Unit - $125.75 per quarter per side

Duplex: 1 Bedroom Unit - $ 83.83 per quarter per side

*All Industrial and Commercial Users (Including Multi-family with three or more units) are charged based upon actual metered water usage plus a connection charge:

Connection charge: $69.10 per quarter $276.40 per year

Consumption charges $ 6.81 per 1,000 gallons

*A minimum charge of $670.64 per year per building

Late charges are calculated at 1% per month on total unpaid balances.
